Spring

Spring is the most popular season of trekking in Nepal, not just in Tamang Heritage Trek but among all other treks as well.

Spring starts in early March and lasts till late May in the context of Nepal. The weather during these months are mild, meaning they are neither too cold nor too hot. The forests are filled with bloomed flowers that provide beautiful colors up in the Himalayas. You will get to see forests filled with pink and Red Rhododendrons.

The temperature usually ranges from 10°C to 25°C during the day, making it a pleasant time to trek. There is little to no rain, so no muddy slopes. Your trek is smooth and executes perfectly.

Autumn

Autumn is known to be the next to best season for trekking in Nepal and the same goes for Tamang Heritage Trek. In this season, the temperature usually ranges from 10°C to 20°C during the day time and the temperature doesn't go below 5 degree C. The evenings are quite cool but they are not super chilly or freezing.

If you dislike the cold, then this might be the perfect time for you to embark on the trek. The sky is clear and the weather is not unpredictable. You do not have to worry about unforeseen risks.

Difficulty of Tamang Heritage Trek

There are many trekking routes in Nepal and each lie at their own difficulty levels. For example, the Everest Base Camp trek is considered to be a difficult one. The Tamang Heritage Trek on the other hand is not categorized as a difficult one. It is a moderate kind of trek. This trek certainly does not involve extreme heights or extreme steepy slopes but remember that you still have to go up and down in the hills, so it is not as easy as walking in a park.
