    • Day01

      Arrival in Kathmandu

      Kathmandu is an active city. There is a buzz of energy in Kathmandu throughout the day. The elevation of Kathmandu is recorded to be 1,400 meters above sea level.

      A proper level of rest is crucial before embarking on the tiring trekking journey and also to acclimatize with the weather and elevation. Kathmandu has pleasant weather almost throughout the year, the average temperature being 18 degree celsius.

      In Kathmandu, you will just relax and get time to adjust yourself to the local time zone right after your international flight.

      You can also start to familiarize yourself with Nepali food and Nepali cuisine.

      Drive to Syabrubesi

      • Elevation: 1,460 meters

      The journey to Syabrubesi begins early in the morning. You have to make sure to have a good night's sleep the previous night because the drive to Syabrubesi is going to be a long and tiring one.It might get tiring but it will definitely not be boring because your eyes will be having a feast with the beautiful sceneries of the landscapes.

      You will be leaving the buzzing noise of Kathmandu behind and entering into the peaceful realm of Nepal. As the drive progresses, you will come across beautiful farmlands, villages and little towns that will win your heart with simplicity, beauty and hospitality at the stops. You will see warm areas of Trisuli and Nuwakot districts.

      Further into the drive, you will enter the cooler regions. You will go through all sorts of lands, forests and high mountain peaks. Finally when you are super close to Syabrubesi, you will reach Dhunche. Dhunche is the headquarter of Rasuwa district. It acts as a gateway to Langtang National Park.

      From Dhunche, you will begin to descend to Syabrubesi. It is a beautiful village located at an altitude of 1,460 meters above sea level. The place is a heaven for nature lovers. You will be gifted with fresh air that is mixed with the hue of mountains. There are rivers with clear water whose sound will enchant you. You will also interact with the locals who will greet you in the best way possible.

      Trek to Lama Hotel

      Good morning! Your exciting journey starts after having a yummy breakfast. On the first day, you will have a relaxing walk over a pretty bridge and a gentle hike up a hill that goes through charming villages.

      You will get to see lots of rhododendron, magnolia, and pine trees that will surely provide a refreshing highlight to your entire day. Finally, you will reach Lama Hotel. Lama Hotel is located at a height of 2,280 meters.

      The temperature here is generally around 20°C, and the beautiful surroundings make it a perfect place to spend your first night on the trail. Enjoy!

    • Day04

      Trek to Langtang Village

      • Elevation: 3,290 meters
      • Time Spent: Approximately 6 hours
      • Elevation Gain: 1,010 meters
      • Average Temperature: Around 16°C

      On this day’s trek, you will go through deep and dense forests in the hills. Do not be surprised if you are greeted by animals. It is not rare to spot rare and endangered wildlife along this beautiful trail. You can get to see wildlife like Red Pandas, mountain antelopes and various other birds and animals species.

      You will stop at a place for lunch. The place is located amidst the alpine forest and it is called Ghoretabla. You will have a fulfilling meal there. You will taste amazing and delicious Nepali food that will keep you going on the trek.

      After lunch, you will continue on your way up to Langtang Village. The major speciality of this beautiful village is that it is situated within gorge and tree lines. Tragically, this village was unfortunately severely affected by the massive earthquake that hit Nepal in 2015. The damage was uncanny but the lives gradually got back to normal. After 8 years of that incident, now in 2023, the place has become vibrant as it used to be before the tragic earthquake.

      Trek to Kyanjin in Langtang Valley

      Are you looking forward to a day filled with adventure? The walk begins with a short but steep climb. Then, you will follow clear paths that lead to a wide valley. Imagine being surrounded by tall mountains of the Langtang range; it's truly amazing!

      After a few hours of walking, you will reach Kyanjin, a nice village at an elevation of 3,785 meters. Here, you can take a break, have some lunch, and enjoy the fantastic views of the mountains. The weather in this beautiful Langtang Valley is usually around 14°C, making it great for walking.

      Once you're refreshed and feeling energized, you will get to see the Langtang Lirung glacier up close, along with the peaks around it. The Langtang Lirung glacier is one of the biggest in the area and is a really impressive sight.

      Rest Day at Kyanjin

      On the trek, this is going to be the day where you relax and rest. You will get a chance to just chill and enjoy the peace in a gorgeous place called Kyanjin. It is really high up in the mountains, about 3,785 meters high. You can use this time to take a break from your usual routine and chill out in this calm spot. You can maybe go for a casual walk around, or check out some local stuff. The natural beauty of this place will keep you engaged.

      In the afternoon, you can do a short ike to see some amazing panoramic views of the nearby peaks. Those snow-capped mountains in the distance are seriously something to see. You will definitely spot quite a few, like Ganesh Himal, Langtang Lirung, Ghengu Liru (Langtang II), Kimsun, Shalbachum, Naya-Kanga, Gangchempo, Tilman's Fluted Peak, Jugal Himal, and Dorje Lakpa.

      Kyanjin has a nice temperature, around 14°C, making it perfect for outdoor activities. You can go on a trek, take some photos, or do some bird watching.

      When you head back from the Langtang Valley to the Lama Hotel, you will be walking along the same path that you took when you went to Kyanjin. This walk will provide you an opportunity to see any landscapes or sights that you may have missed before.

      As you go down to the farm villages of Langtang and pass through Ghoretabla, you will be surrounded by thick rhododendron and bamboo forests and you will also be able to appreciate the unique beauty of the region. Lama Hotel, which is located at an elevation of 2,280 meters, has a warm and peaceful environment with an average temperature of around 20°C.

      Trek to Thulo Syabru Village

      Today's journey is going to be quite similar to the one you would take yesterday. You will begin with a one-hour hike on the same route as the day before. As you will reach the riverside, you will come across a small bridge and enter a beautiful rainforest filled with bamboo groves. After that, you arrive at Thulo Syabru. It is truly a lovely village with a row of houses and an old monastery placed along the village. The monatery is really intricate and beautiful.

      Thulo Syabru is located at an altitude of 2,115 meters above sea level. The village is surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it an ideal place for nature lovers. The temperature in this village is usually around 18°C, making it a pleasant place to spend some time.

      Trek to Sing Gompa or Chandanwari

      Today is a day for hiking and enjoying the beauty of nature. You will begin the journey through thick alpine forests that will take you uphill. You to gain more height and you will get to enjoy stunning views of Ganesh-Himal, Manaslu, and Langtang. You will also be able to see the Annapurna Himalaya range towards the west, which is the perfect highlight for your hike.

      Along the way, you will have many opportunities to take refreshing breaks and continue your walk through charming farmlands and captivating forests.

      Your destination is the Sing Gompa village, which is located near an old monastery. This village is a perfect place to rest and relax after a day of hiking. Situated at a height of 3,254 meters, the village enjoys an average temperature of 16°C. You will be able to take in the breathtaking beauty of this village and enjoy its peaceful atmosphere.

      Gosaikunda Trekking

      • Elevation: 4,378 meters

      The trek will feast you with beautiful views of the Langtang region towards the North and Ganesh-Himal towards the North-West. The Manaslu and Annapurna ranges which is situated to the West add to the majestic beauty of the place. As you move further forward through the forest, you will leave the trees and will enter an environment which is mainly decorated by rhododendrons, juniper, and alpine shrubs.

      You will pass through Laurebina which is a religious and sacred place for Hindu pilgrims where they leave their walking poles as part of a sacre ritual. Finally, the journey finally finishes at Gosainkunda.

    • Day11

      Trek to Ghopte Odar through Gosaikunda or Laurebina Pass

      • Elevation: 3,565 meters
      • Time Spent: Approximately 6 hours
      • Average Temperature: Around 10°C

      This morning wil make you walk around the side of smaller ponds like Suriyakanda, after you have had your beautiful spiritual experience at Gosaikunda lake. Gradually you will have to make your way up to the highest point on the entire trek adventure, the famous Gosaikunda Pass. The Gosaikunda Pass is also known as Laurebina pass. It is situated really high up at 4609 meters(15,100 feet). The height will not fail to provide you some of the best views of the Himalayas. To its north, there are beautiful snow capped mountains adding charisma to the landscape.

      Later, you will have to descend from there. You will ultimately reach a place called Phedi. Phedi is a location which is situated at the bottom of the pass. The place has few teahouses where you could have your lunch. After the meal, you will have an afternoon walk where you will head eastwards. You will again stumble upon dense green forests. These forests are decorated with beautiful junipers, rhododendrons and alpine shrubs.

      After a tiring trek, you will arrive at a place called Ghopte. It is a place with hanging rocks. Here you will have your overnight stay.

    • Day12

      Trek to Kutumsang (2,440 meters)

      • Elevation : 2,440 meters
      • Time Spent : Approximately 6 hours
      • Average Temperature : Around 15°C

      This day of the trek will be quite different than the tiring previous days of the trek. You will not have to make your ways through the rocky terrains, filled with obstacle, rather you will go through villages, that will give you an opportunity to interact with locals and experience their culture and traditions.

      You will walk for about an hour in the forest and then another hour of climbing to Thadepati Ridge. The ridge is located at a height of about 3,597 meters. You will enjoy beautiful views from this hilltop. You will see beautiful views of Jugal Himal, Ganesh- Manaslu in the west and Annapurna in the west as well. You will make your way through aesthetic and beautiful areas, one of them being Kutumsang. It is also going to be your overnight stop. The village is made of people of different cultures like Sherpa, Hyalmo and Tamangs.

      Trekking to Chisapanu through Bhanjyang

      • Elevation: 2,205 meters
      • Time Spent: Approximately 7 hours
      • Average Temperature: Around 14°C

      After a long day of walking on twisting paths with ups and downs, you will go through farming villages and finally get to the pretty village of Pati Bhanjyang. A short climb will take you to your last overnight stop at Chisapani, a small and scenic village known for its beautiful mountain views. The village is located at a height of 2,205 meters and the weather is usually around 14°C. It's a great place to see amazing sunrises and sunsets over different mountain ranges including the Jugal Himal range in the northeast and the Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and Annapurna ranges in the west.

      Trekking to Sundarijal - Drive to Kathmandu

      • Elevation: 1,395 meters
      • Time Spent: Approximately 3 hours of walking, followed by a 1-hour drive to Kathmandu
      • Average Temperature: Around 20°C

      On your last day of the trek, you will take a nice morning walk and see a beautiful sunrise over the Himalayan mountains. Then, you will walk through a cool forest and farmland for a few hours until you reach the top of a hill named Burlang and Chepu Bhanjyang. From there, you can see the Kathmandu Valley. After that, you will walk down a gentle slope until you reach the end of the trek at Sundarijal, which is a pretty place with a cool forest and clear streams of water.

      After that, you will take a nice drive back to Kathmandu. Once you get there, you can go back to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will have time to shop for souvenirs. In the evening, you can have a goodbye dinner with your group at a Nepali restaurant, and there you will enjoy folk cultural performances for entertainment.

      Departure from Kathmandu

Now you will be transferred to Kathmandu International Airport for your international departure, if you are an international trekker.
