To book any trek with Eco Holidays Nepal, you will need to make a 25% down payment to our bank in Kathmandu, Nepal. With this down payment, we will confirm your booking and move forward with reserving services for your Himalayan journey.
For a proper arrangement of services, you should book the service two months prior to your visit or a minimum of two weeks earlier. In case your travel and trek are in Tibet and Bhutan, you will have to make a 50% down payment in advance and book the package at least one month prior.
We receive payment through different modes such as direct bank pay, Western Union, online payment, and credit cards. You can pay the remaining amount of the trek package after arriving in Kathmandu. Remember, if you are paying using credit cards, you will have to pay 4% extra credit card charges by yourself.
As for the cancellation fees, 25% will be applicable for cancellations due to personal, domestic, job, health, medical conditions, etc. You will have to notify us at least a month before the start of the trek regarding the cancellation.A 60% cancellation fee will be applicable for the notice of below one month to two weeks prior to the trip.
Note: Eco Holidays Nepal also accepts last-hour bookings for our packages. However, you will need to book it at least 7 days prior to the trek start date and pay 100% of the cost. As for adventures in Bhutan and Tibet, you will need to inform us at least 3 weeks before the trip.
