Paragliding in Kathmandu will be a great experience away from the hustle and bustle of city life. So, early morning starts with fresh country and mountain air to refresh you.
You will be picked up early from your hotel by 6 a.m. or 6: 30 a.m. One can take an early breakfast in a hotel or en route. Then our guide will accompany you heading south of Kathmandu city to reach the boundary of Patan and Lalitpur city.
The drive continues past the city and towns towards farm areas and rural villages. On the route, you will encounter much green scenery until reaching Phulchowki Hilltop's base at Godawari. As mentioned earlier, it is a famous spot with a botanical garden. Yet another reason for being a favorite area among city folks is to escape city life with picnic events.
From Godawari, the drive leads on winding uphill to reach the nearby hill of Phulchowki, where our adventure starts. Our expert guide and instructor will brief you about safety procedures and gliding techniques. They will also inform about wind currents and ways for a safe landing.
Enjoying fresh morning air and grand views of Kathmandu and Lalitpur city and with distant north peaks, get ready for gliding. So, the adventure begins with a short run till you lift off from the ground heading into a cool breeze. You will get bird’s eye views with a marvelous panorama of surrounding hills and valleys.

Although I was half an hour late to the pickup point, they handled everything smoothly and ensured I didn't miss out on anything. A Spiritually Powerful Experience with Eco Holidays Nepal
I did the Muktinath Helicopter Tour with Eco Holidays Nepal, and I was truly surprised it turned out to be the best moment of my trip. What made it so special was the unique blend of Hindu and Buddhist culture at Muktinath. The spiritual energy of the place was incredible.
