Recently, my husband and I enjoyed a breathtaking Nagarkot Sunrise Day Tour organized by Eco Holidays Nepal. We departed Kathmandu before dawn with our knowledgeable guide and embarked on a scenic one-and-a-half-hour drive to Nagarkot. Upon arrival, we savored a warm cup of Nepali coffee before hiking to the viewing platform. The sunrise over the Himalayas was absolutely spectacular, with Mount Everest clearly visible on the horizon.
Our walk continued along serene trails surrounded by nature and quaint local villages, giving us an authentic glimpse into rural life and stunning landscapes. Our guide’s profound knowledge of the region’s flora, culture, and history truly enriched the experience.
