I’ve previously completed treks like the Annapurna Circuit and the Manaslu Circuit, and this time, I wanted to try a small peak climb. After some research, I came across Island Peak and reached out to Mr. Dhruba from Eco Holidays Nepal.
He offered me the perfect package that included Island Peak Climbing along with the Everest Base Camp trek, which I hadn’t done before. I was really excited and immediately agreed to the plan.
Upon my arrival in Kathmandu, Mr. Dhruba personally came to pick me up from the airport and dropped me at the hotel. From the very beginning, everything was well organized. The training and preparation provided by the guide before the climb were extremely helpful and professional.
One of the most unforgettable parts of the journey was the support and care during the climb, especially the meals and warm hospitality—even at high altitude. I will never forget the supper they served us during the climb—it was truly special.
